Next week we will be celebrating Catholic Education Week.

Mon May 4th - Catholic Education Week Liturgy for staff & students

Tues May 5th - Celebrating Excellence Award - Celebrating Excellence in Special Education is a yearly recognition of our students' commitment to global competencies. This year marks the 26th year each school has been asked to nominate a student to receive the annual OCSB Celebrating Excellence award. This year, it will go to one of our Kindergarten students.

Wed May 6th - Convent Glen Open House 

9:00 am Parents mingle in LC for muffin/pastry. Staff are welcome.

9:25-10:00 - Open House in classrooms - Collaborative Activity (with parents)

Thurs May 7th - Praying In Colour & Grade 4-6 Track & Field Meet

Fri May 8th - Jump Rope for Heart (pm)

Parking lot reminders - When dropping off and picking up your child, please ensure that you are parking in the Parent Parking area of the parking lot to leave space for our staff.  We have staff that begin and end at different times of day, so there always needs to be space available for them. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

Yard Safety - We are thrilled that the warmer weather is approaching and that the full yard is usable for our students.  Please speak to your child about their body awareness when playing at recess to help reduce unsafe play. We will be using playground balls on the pavement. The pavement is divided into a primary and junior side.  There are designated areas for soccer play for both the junior and primary students on the grassed areas.
