We understand that mornings can be quite hectic and that dropping your child off in the morning can be very stressful . We do need to remember that we live in community, a beautiful community. Due to the snowbanks, this can create very congested streets during drop-off times. Unfortunately it can also mean that at some points streets are entirely blocked off. We have heard from some of our neighbours that they are having difficulty getting out of their driveway and down their street. Some elderly neighbours are concerned that emergency vehicles would not be able to reach them if needed. We do not want our neighbours feeling this way, so let's work together.
Please park only on one side of the street (leave a lane open for traffic)
Instruct your children to walk as close as they can to the snowbank if there is no sidewalk (not down the middle of the street)
You may have to use another street if their is no spot to pull over.
Drive slowly and carefully
Please be respectful to our neighbours
