As the school year comes to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our entire school community. To our wonderful students, thank you for your hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm every single day. To our incredible parents and caregivers, thank you for your unwavering support, partnership, and everything you do behind the scenes to help our school thrive. We truly could not do it without you!

We wish all of our families a safe, restful, and sun-filled summer break. We look forward to seeing many of you back in September, and we wish our graduating students the very best of luck in their next chapters. Happy Summer!

• Play Day will take place on Wednesday June 24th, 2026. 

• Shorts, t-shirts, a hat, and sunscreen are ideal. It is recommended to also send an extra set of clothes for after the activities.

• Grades KG-2 will participate in the morning session (8:45–11:15 AM) 

• Grades 3-6 will enjoy the afternoon session (12:15–2:30 PM).  

• Date: Tuesday, June 23rd

• Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Guest Limit: Due to space constraints, each student is allowed a maximum of 4 guests. *new*

• Student Arrival: Students should arrive at school at their regular time (or shortly after) so they have plenty of time to get settled and ready before the ceremony begins.

• Parking: We recommend parking on side streets as the school parking lots are full during the day. Please be respectful of our neighbours when doing so. 

• Riding a school bus is an important aspect of your child’s education journey. As part of this journey, Ottawa Student Transportation invites you to attend their First Rider Event held on Sunday, August 23, 2026. All are welcome!

• First Rider is a great opportunity for your child(ren) to learn about being safe on their way to and from school. This integrated 45-minute session provides elementary school-age children and their families with the essential skills to navigate their commute safely. Combining hands-on bus training with interactive pedestrian practice, this comprehensive program ensures a confident start to the school year.
