Wow, the first week is already done! It was great to see familiar faces but also get to know new additions to our amazing community. We are well on our way to creating caring communities and will continue to focus on cultivating belonging throughout the month.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school safe during pick up and drop off
Our parking lot and bus lane is reserved for staff, buses, and vans only from 8:00–8:30 a.m. and 2:40–3:10 p.m. Those with special permits may also use the designated spot.
If you are driving, please park on a surrounding street and walk your child to school. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors and do not block their driveways.
Thank you again for helping us create a safe environment for every student.
Secure Building
To ensure the safety of all students and staff, all visitors must check in at the office. For safety reasons, we cannot allow parents to walk their children to class. If needed, our staff will gladly escort your child to their classroom.
Parent Portal
If you have not yet signed up with the School Messenger, Parent Portal, please do so. This will be our main communication tool for forms, newsletters, report cards and general messaging. If you are having difficulty, please contact the school and we can verify the emails we have for your family.
Students arriving after 8:30 am must be signed in at the office, including Kindergarten students.
To sign in, use the QR code on the mailbox/sign-in table or the paper sign-in sheet.
Please report absences by emailing the school and the teacher or calling/leaving a message.
For early pickups, please notify the office before 2 pm using your child's agenda or email.
Students must be signed out before leaving the building.
Please allow enough time for pickup to avoid missing appointments.
An adult must enter the building to sign out a student; no child will be sent out alone.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to your child’s teachers, the office, Mme Oliver or Ms. Kerr. We are here to help and support. This website will be updated with the weekly newsletter and the link re-shared on Sundays.
You also have the support of our fabulous school trustee who works as your voice on the school board. Please feel free to contact your Trustee with any questions or concerns:
