Parent/Educator Conference

Parents will be meeting with their child's educator to discuss their child's progress. As a reminder, we are only half way through our first term and this means that we do not have any final evaluations. You will be discussing your child's progress, their strengths and their next steps. It is an opportunity to share any concerns or strategies you may have. Educators will reach out to all parents.

Secure building

To ensure the safety of all students and staff, all visitors, parents and guardians must check in at the office. For safety reasons, we cannot allow parents to walk their children to class. If needed, our staff will gladly escort your child to their classroom.

Reminder that parents are not permitted into unsupervised classrooms after school. This applies to all EDP parents as well. If your child has forgotten a belonging, it is best to wait until the next day and connect with their teacher for assistance.

Mom's Pantry Fundraiser

Dismissal

Effective immediately, the school office will no longer be able to call students down for early pick-up after 2:45 PM.

This time is critical for our students and staff as all classes are engaged in important dismissal routines, including final instructions and last-minute reminders for the end of the day.

For Early Pick-up (before 3:00 PM): If you need to pick up your child before the regular dismissal time, please ensure you arrive at the office before 2:45 PM.
For Late Arrivals (after 2:45 PM): Parents arriving after 2:45 PM will be kindly instructed to meet their child directly at their designated dismissal door at the regular 3:00 PM dismissal time.
