General Scheduling Information
Important Scheduling Dates:
2021-2022 School Year
December 2020: Academic Planning Lessons (KA) and complete Academic Planner for the next grade level in Infinite Campus
January 7: Virtual Open House (NGC)
January 4 - 12: Student Course Selection Window (Review Academic Planner) - Current 9 - 11th Graders
January 8 - 19: Student Course Selection Window (Academic Planner) - Current 8th Graders
Review Courses in the Academic Planner in Infinite Campus AND
Teacher Aide Request 21-22 forms should ALSO be completed at this time
If a student wants to teacher aide - they should select Teacher Aide as a course selection in IC as well as complete the electronic request form.
Teacher Aide replaces a Study Hall - a student may NOT take a study hall and teacher aide in the same semester.
Senior Release Applications should ALSO be completed at this time
Senior Release Applications can be picked up and turned in to the Student Services Office BEFORE January 22, 2021
Students should still request a FULL schedule - Senior Release will be added after approval.
April 2021: Students receive confirmation of courses selected for the 2021-22 school year.
June 1, 2021: Deadline to make any changes to course selections for the fall.
August 2021: Fall Schedules in Infinite Campus
