**COURSE FEES: Fees are subject to change. Class fees are collected as part of registration in August or through billing sent out by the school bookkeeper.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful completion of Health (Grade 9)

  • Students must complete and pass 3 semesters (1.5 Credits) of physical education. (PE 9, 10, 11/12)

  • Students who are on a long term (3 week) or full semester medical for any reason must have an Oak Creek High School medical form filled out and signed by a doctor. All medicals must be submitted to Pupil Services prior to the student reporting to his/her physical education class.

NOTE: The physical education department reserves the right to adjust schedules due to a student’s graduation requirements, teacher availability, class size, or lack of facility throughout the four years. All grade levels will participate in physical fitness testing to see what level they are at and how much they can improve. All students will be expected to have proper physical education attire, to participate, and to make the class a positive place to be.

MEDICAL EXCUSE FROM PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Students are able to be medically excused up to, but not beyond, 25 days of the semester and still receive credit for the semester. The 25 days are accumulated, not just consecutive days. If students have a medical excuse beyond 25 days, they will be required to repeat the course the following semester.
