Biography
I have acquired by Bachelor degree in the Department of Life Science, National Taiwan University. I’ve also gained the certification of the Molecular Medical Science Program, as well as the Neurobiology and Cognitive Science Program. During my college life, I completed my undergraduate research about behavioral neuroscience in the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Academia Sinica, aiming for resolving the correlation between the activities of specific hypothalamic neurons and animals’ innate behaviors. I was deeply inspired and astonished by the extraordinary complexity and precision of the structural and functional properties of nervous system, which established my extreme passion and interest in neuroscience research. I’m honored to be accepted by INS and to join Dr. Lien’s lab as a Master student. Hopefully as a member of Dr. Lien’s research group, I could greatly expand my research field and experiences in Neuroscience, and tell a good story based on my exciting discoveries.
