Biography
I majored in Life-Science at Yang-Ming University. Before I became an undergraduate student, I had never learned programing. Therefore, after the first Python lecture was over, the eager of knowing more about those mathematics language drove me to join a bioinformatics lab, and did a project under the guidance of professor Kun-Pin Wu. This project began in my sophomore year and cooperated with Lien lab (supervisor Dr. Cheng-Chang Lien and master student Simon Wei) to analyze a group of VIP interneurons by clustering and classification methods.
Thanks that teacher Lien gave me a chance to be a half-year assistant before my master degree starts. In order to have a deeper understanding of the neurological mysteries exposed by electrophysiology, I’ll keep digging the relation between information and neuron cells and try to look into the different dimensions of data interpretation from the perspective of information.
