It is an on-demand translation support system that translates text, documents, or entire web pages into a student’s native language. This helps English Language Learners (ELLs) and bilingual students access complex curriculum, build vocabulary, and independently read grade-level content.

Google Translate: Available as a web extension or mobile app, it allows students to highlight any word, sentence, or entire web page to receive instant translations and audio pronunciations in over 100 languages.
Read&Write for Google Chrome: Includes a built-in translation tool on its toolbar. Students can highlight a difficult word or phrase to instantly translate it into their designated native language, helping them maintain their reading flow.
iOS Translate App: Apple's system-wide translation feature. Students can select any text inside an app, document, or web page, tap "Translate" from the pop-up menu, and instantly view the translation, play the audio, or download languages for offline use.
Microsoft Translator: Deeply integrated into Microsoft Office applications (Word, OneNote, PowerPoint). It allows students to translate specific highlighted sections or convert entire documents into dozens of different languages with a single click.
