The high school CCSD Chess league runs from September through February. Students have the opportunity to compete in both team and individual competitions.

CCSD High School Individual Chess Tournament

An Individual Chess Tournament was held at Del Sol Academy on January 27, 2024. It was an incredible turnout with students from over 20 different High Schools.

Massive Congratulations to Sebastian Barco from Clark for getting 1st place! Another huge congratulations to Jonathan Youanas from A-Tech and Marek Peplinski from Arbor View for getting 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Congratulations to the five top high school chess teams that battled it out during the CCSD HS Chess League Championships held in January 2024!

After intense focus and defined strategy, the results are:

CCSD High School Individual Chess Tournament

An Individual Chess Tournament was held at Del Sol Academy on February 11, 2023. Participants played phenomenally and competed with great sportsmanship. Congratulations to Nathan Lee of A-Tech for a perfect 5-0 performance and for winning the tournament. The top ten players were:
