Cheer

In Nevada, high school cheerleading is governed as an activity by the NIAA (Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association) NIAA and follows the safety rules as outlined by the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) NFHS and USA Cheer Spirit Rules.  Each high school and middle school that has a team conducts their own tryouts and abides by their own constitution and agreements. Student Activities coordinates training and support for coaches.
