With a number of our athletes participating in summer jobs and internships, we will be offering two practice opportunities Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 10:30AM and 5:00PM – 6:30PM. We will also be having practices Saturday mornings from 9:00AM – 10:30AM. We understand that families take vacations and schedule events throughout the summer. On days athletes cannot attend practice, we ask that they get the prescribed workouts in on their own. Developing a strong running base leads to a healthy and successful season.
