Youth coaching is critical to the safety, quality and enjoyment of our athletes in both the short and long term. As coaches in schools and clubs, we feel it is important to be proactive and open to sharing and collaborating ideas by extending our networks beyond our local regions to ensure what we do is best practice. The Youth Rugby Coaches Forum aims to inspire coaches through a meaningful, accessible and collaborative professional development and networking experience.
Not only is this weekend about collaborating and networking with like minded people, it's about learning from some experts in our field. We are delighted with the calibre of presenters we have assembled, featuring a host of Presenters from the Wallabies, Waratahs, Reds, Crusaders, The UK, Japan, NRL, Premier Clubs, Universities and schools as well as our MC, Channel 9s, Michael Atkinson. The forum is designed to provide an invaluable experience for coaches across the country through Keynotes, Q&A's, Think Tanks and on-field sessions led by some of the brightest minds in the game.Â
