Gina Nelson | Reds Head Physiotherapist 

Gina Nelson is the Head Physio at the Queensland Reds, previously Head Physiotherapist for Junior Wallabies, Qld NRC teams and has worked with Brothers Rugby Club since 2009.

Overview of Presentation:

To kick start Day 2 of the forum, Gina will be taking the coaches through a guided Pilates workout followed by a Q & A session to unpack various injury prevention and prehab programs.
