Dr Derek Panchuk is a world-leading skill acquisition specialist who helps coaches build bridges between the science of learning and the art of coaching so they can discover new ways to develop talent and teams. Derek uses his 20 years of experience in elite sport to support coaches as they create engaging and innovative learning experiences underpinned by the latest research in skill acquisition. Derek is the founder of Derek Panchuk Consulting where he works with coaches to evaluate and grow their coaching toolkit. He has supported coaches and athletes from organisations across over 20 sports including: the NBA, Australian Sailing, the AIS Gen 32 Coaching Program, Rugby 7s, PGA of Australia, and Netball Australia. Rather than focusing on WHAT they coach, he works with coaches at the professional, National, State, and regional level to cut through the jargon and gimmicks and make small changes to HOW they coach that have a BIG impact.
