Ben Ward

Ben Ward | Director of Rugby, Ealing Trailfinders, London 

Ben Ward is currently Director of Rugby at Ealing Trailfinders, as well as Managing Director at Ealing Trailfinders Professional Rugby Management. He has been involved at the club for coming up to 20 years, first as a player, then as a coach and then as Head Coach. He became the youngest Head Coach in the Championship when he took over aged 29 before then graduating to Director of Rugby in 2014. He continued playing all the way up until the 2016/17 season.

He is now an RFU level 4 coach and has guided Ealing Trailfinders to the British and Irish Cup in 2018, the Championship Cup in 2019, the Trailfinders Challenge Cup in 2021, before then achieving the league-cup double in 2021/22 as Trailfinders won the Championship and Championship Cup.
