Zane Hilton | Kyuden Rugby, Japan, Head Coach| Tongan Assistant Coach
Zane Hilton is the current Head Coach of Kyuden Voltex in the Japanese Top League 1 Competition. He also is presently the Technical Assistant, Forwards Coach for the Tongan National Team, Ikale Tahe. Before rejoining Kyuden Voltex for his second stint as Head Coach, Zane was the General Manager of High Performance for the Samoa Rugby Union and was responsible for all National Programs including the Manu Samoa, Sevens, U20 and National Academy in both men`s and women`s. He also played a key role as lead Assistant Coach of the Manu Samoa team leading into the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Prior to joining the Samoa Rugby Union Zane was the Assistant Coach of the Melbourne Rebels for 3 seasons in Super Rugby and Head Coach of the Melbourne Rebels in the National Rugby Championship. Zane has spent over 20 years working in the sports industry in various roles from community rugby with the Queensland Rugby Union to Academy coaching roles to General Manager to High Performance all whilst growing as professional coach.
