Aaron Webb | Crusaders Academy and Player Development Manager 

Aaron has led the Talent ID and player development for the Crusaders over the last decade, his role is to bring players into the club’s academy programme and develop their rugby, pyscho-social, physical and life skills to the point where they have the ability to be a contracted Super Rugby player. Aaron has an extensive background in youth work, alternative education for teenagers and sports management alongside his grounding in club rugby coaching. 

Overview of Presentation:

Conducting player reviews + psycho-social development of players – This session will explore the structure and skills required to run a quality player review session with development players for a beginning, we then will explore the role that psycho-social and behavioural development play in growing great young rugby players.
