Ocean
Ocean

Welcome to the Huguenot Herald. We are the student-run newspaper at New Rochelle High School. We meet Wednesdays in room 309.

Your eyes are heavenly
The mix of greens, blues and teals mixed with a bit of warmth
It’s an abysmal ocean waiting to swallow me whole
Instead of eating me alive
Those eyes of yours make we feel as if I’m in the clouds
This must be heaven
You lift me up,
When I’m with you I feel as light as a feather
Yet your hands ground me to the floor
Your smile is blinding
It is worth more than the brightest star
You truly are heavenly
Longing you is like loving the moon
You are so incredibly beautiful and lovely
Yet you are unattainable
