Dear Secondary School families,
It’s been a busy week, and we are looking forward to a few more busy days ahead. Please take a moment to go through this week’s updates -
Assemblies
On Mar 4, 2026, during FLEX 1 and FLEX 2, Grade 11 and 10 students, respectively, had their student-led assemblies. We thank the grade-level representatives for leading the first half of the assemblies, focusing on items of student interest. During the second half, our team walked students through Semester 1 reflections and Semester 2 updates. Both presentations can be accessed here - Grade 10 Presentation + Grade 11 Presentation.
On Mar 9, 2026, 6.2, supported by their Advisory teachers, organized an interactive grade-level assembly for their entire cohort. Students in grade 6.2 shared their understanding of labels, i.e., how they can be damaging and hurtful. They also showcased words of kindness and support, especially when encouraging each other to celebrate differences in a positive way.
There are a few more assemblies this month, and updates from those will follow closely by.
Puzzling
We have had quite a bit of fun with puzzles in the past few weeks. The photos speak to some of our progress - we hope that when you are on campus, you take a peak and engage in this relaxing activity yourselves.
Exciting News - Global Impact Diploma
Our school is joining the Global Impact Diploma cohort of schools as a collaborating school. We are thrilled to take this opportunity head-on, as we’ve been actively involved in the past few years in the creation of this graduation pathway for students, globally. As a collaborating school, we’ll be offering the Imperfect Art of Living, embedded in our MYP units for Year 4 and 5 students. More to come on this exciting front - in the meantime, feel free to browse about this exciting learning opportunity we have added to our roster.
