The Personal Project is an externally moderated assessment.  All projects must be uploaded to the IB secure site by the PP coordinator.  In general, late submission will not be accepted. Late submission requires the filing of an exemption and the payment of IBO assigned fine of 78 euros. Exemptions are only granted by the IBO in extreme cases. All fees are the responsibility of the student's family.

Personal Project grades are verified by the IBO.  Students have the right to dispute scores after the verification process has been completed.  The IBO charges a fee for this.  All fees are the responsibility of the student's family. Students will have two weeks to lodge a formal request once the IBO releases scores. 

1. Review Personal Project examiner report with mentor and coordinator

2. Fill in the request for re-moderation

3. Provide proof of payment for the 211 euro fee to the school

4. The PP Coordinator submits the re-moderation request

5. The IBO has 56 days to provide an answer

6. The Written report is reviewed with the coordinator and family

7. If the family is still unsatisfied with the outcome, an appeal can be lodged.  The fee for the appeal is 487 euro.
