The Grit n' Goals Training Lab is an 18-week program open to NW Rep players who want to keep up their development with the Club for the Indoor soccer season.
BMO Centre - 295 Rectory St, Turf Field #5
18 Saturdays, mid-October through mid-March
Expected to run 1:30-2:25 PM
Turf shoes REQUIRED. Outdoor cleats cannot be used.
Engaging weekly sessions that feature technical development, ball mastery, fitness & small-sided games in a fun F.A.I.R. atmosphere!
Player Development with technical support for our volunteer coaches all in one! Run by Canada Soccer-accredited coaches - at COST for our Rep Members.
Not a league. Training with potential for placement.
This NeW offering was inspired by the interest expressed by participants of our late-season PTM LAB this past August.
We invited all our rep participants, coaches, and players who wanted a little more footie development to come weekly and participate in a free soccer topic that teams commonly need more focus on (e.g., Passing & Receiving, Ball Mastery, Shooting, Defending, Passing & Receiving, Ball Mastery, PASSING & RECEIVING, all punctuated by childish fun).
Sessions planned and run by CSA-qualified club staff. Future sessions free to participating Rep club coaches. Details in PowerUp registration.
Access Code from Team Coaches Required for Registration.
If you don't know the coaches for your age group yet, we recommend completing our (free) Expression of Interest registration to reach coaches
