What Information We Share and Why

North Clay CUSD #25 provides student information to a variety of 3rd party partners or "operators" primarily to supplement the student's education with online resources, but also in some limited instances, for school organizational and record keeping purposes. For the vast majority of 3rd party partners, "personally identifiable information" as defined by SOPPA is limited to:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Grade Level
