EXPLORE- There are other models for looking at overall health and well being, besides the health triangle. Note the graphic to the right about personal wellness. There are 7 in this model. I've even seen models with up to 10! Most models agree that the dimensions of health are all interrelated. How do all of your choices affect your personal wellness? For example, think about how the decision to use tobacco might affect each dimension of wellness.
The Wellspring Wellness worksheet to the right might be another way to assess your current health levels. Give it a shot!
What fitness goals should be (challenging, measurable, realistic, specific, healthful, individualized for you)
