Tuition & Fees

Tuition Fees 

All tuition and fees must be paid or payment arrangements organized with the Finance Office at least five (10) working days before the student starts school. Report Cards, Transcripts, and Diplomas will be held by the school until all school fees are paid in full and school resources are returned. I.e. textbooks, library books, musical instruments, etc.

Payment Schedule 

All tuition and fees are based on the overall two-semester academic year. Tuition and fees must be paid either in total before the student commences each semester. Payment options include:

• One payment: Complete academic year fees paid ten (10) working days before the first day of school.

• Payment per semester: Two-semester tuition fees, each paid ten (10) working days before the first day of each semester.

Registration and deposit fees must be paid in full before the student may begin attending classes.

Acceptable Forms of Payment 

Fees may be paid only by cashier’s check, direct cash deposit, or credit card at the Financial Office. Any necessary banking fees must be covered by the parent or guardian.

• Book Deposit A refundable book deposit of 10,000 THB is charged to each new student for textbooks. Textbooks must be returned in reasonable condition at the end of each semester.

• Damage Deposit – A refundable damage deposit of 20,000 THB is charged to each new student for potential loss or damage to school property, facilities, or other school-related items during their enrollment.

Early Withdrawal

Tuition/fee refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

• Up to day ten (10) of the semester – 50% refund

• From day eleven (11) to day twenty (20) of the semester – 25% refund

• After day twenty-one (21) of the semester – 0% refund

Re-enrollment Fees

Students re-enrolling within 12 months of withdrawal will not pay an additional registration fee. Those re-enrolling after 12 months from the withdrawal date will be charged 10,000 THB.

Late Payment

Overdue accounts are billed with an additional 1.5% interest per month.

Sibling Discounts

A Sibling Discount of 5,000 THB per student, per semester, is available for families with two (2) or more children enrolled at NIS. This discount does not apply to the first child entering NIS.

Family Registration Discount

NIS offers a special family registration discount for larger families with three or more children enrolled at NIS: 132,000 THB (66,000 THB x 2), covering the registration fees of all siblings entering school.

Additional Expenses

You may purchase polo shirts and shorts for Physical Education (PE) classes from NIS on Orientation Day or at the Stallions Café throughout the school year. Additional expenses may be incurred for special events, concerts, field trips, and national testing.
