Application Form

The form does not need to be completed in one sitting- however there is no official 'Save' option for the form . You can, instead, start to complete the form, close it, and then return later and your answers will still be there. Please Note- You must be on the same browser and device (and not in Incognito or Private browsing mode) for this to work. Your answers will be kept safely in your browser's local storage, for 15 days.On completion you will receive an email containing a copy of your responses for your reference.

It may be very helpful to have your sites Research Activity App open at the same time as completing the application as all questions will relate to your sites information / research performance from the current financial year.
