Weeks ending

Friday 3rd May 2024

Dear Families,

For the past two weeks we have been learning all about colours. We have focused on colour mixing to make new colours and we have looked at the artist Claude Monet.

We have been using colours to create lots of artwork using painting, printing and drawing techniques. We especially enjoyed paint colour mixing because we were able to do lots of exploration of primary and secondary colours.

Have a lovely weekend,

Best wishes from the Nursery Team

3D shapes?

We have been learning about 3D shapes, thinking about those that can roll and stack and we have looked at 2D shapes we can see on their faces.

Can you spot any familiar shapes in your home?
