Week ending

Friday 24th November, 2023

Dear Families,

This week we have started our new topic 'Occupations'. We kicked off the week with an interactive workshop on road safety and learned all about the role of a lolly pop person. We have also been thinking about our key question, "Who helps us feel better?", by looking closely at doctors, nurses and paramedics. We have really enjoyed our new role play which allowed us to dress up as doctors and nurses and taking care of Miss Polly's dolly and our friends!

Best wishes from the Nursery Team

When should you see a doctor?

What does a dentist do?

Where does a nurse work?

Activities to try at home this weekend

Play doctors

Can you play doctors at home?

One person can be the doctor and one person can be a patient that is unwell.

Consider their symptoms and how you can help.
