The ARC

The ARC is the school's Autism Resource Centre and is a space where students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) can access additional support at break and lunch times, and before school.

The school SENDCo, Mr Barksby, the Inclusion Co-ordinator, Miss Binney and the SEND Officer, Mrs Oades, are all based in the ARC along with the Teaching Assistant team.

Teaching Assistants work with pupils in lessons across the school. Some Teaching Assistants also teach small groups for booster sessions throughout the school day. These sessions sometimes take place in the ARC.

There are also some Teaching Assistants who run after school enrichments like Craft Club, Lego Club and Gardening Club.
