Content and Pedagogical knowledge in Technology Integration
Technology integration pedagogy involve choosing the right technology based on a student's learning needs and a teacher's ability to tailor that technology to specific learning activities. I chose the technology plan professional development and 3-year goals, objectives 3.1-3.3 because it represents how technology integration pedagogy is exemplified in having educators and students utilize technology to develop and perpetuate an academic digital portfolio. Additionally, the technology plan includes elements where teachers facilitate the use of technology for the purpose of executing ISTE standard 4.7a to inspire and encourage students to use technology for civic engagement and to address challenges to improve their communities. This is being accomplished by incorporating new and innovative technological resources used for civic engagement on a local, national, and global level over the 3-year technology plan.

Visionary Planner and a Systems Designer
ETC 635 has helped me continue on my journey to become a visionary planner and systems designer because, for the duration of the course, many aspects of visionary planning have been accomplished throughout the process of system design. Working in a group to build and develop technology is inherently challenging but encompasses all the elements necessary for growing into a visionary planner. Components needed for such an endeavor involve adopting a shared vision and designing appropriate use of technology to improve student achievement. It also requires collaborating to create a strategic plan to outline how an idea can evolve into reality. Establishing a robust infrastructure and systems was necessary for the project to succeed. It was vital to consider the practical uses of technology and include scalable improvements and the privacy and security of all users. Lastly, growing a plan of this technical nature means sharing lessons in best practices, challenges, and impacts of learning with technology with other educators who share learning priorities and want to increase their impact on education through technology.
The Proudest
I am the proudest of this Technology Plan because I initially felt overwhelmed by its required detail and depth. Collaborating with a group of like-minded individuals was paramount to its embodiment. With every passing week and the development of every new segment, a feeling of accomplishment and realization of furthering the vision transpired. I learned unique features of technology planning with each step of the way, which led to gaining knowledge and confidence to apply these tools in the future.
