Chemistry
The Chemistry Section of the Faculty of Science is located in the building at Hlavova 8. The Vice-Dean for the Chemistry Section is Dr. Ivan Němec, Ph.D.
The Chemistry Section consists of six Departments:

Inorganic Chemistry (vedoucí doc. RNDr. Vojtěch Kubíček, Ph.D.);

Bachelor’s examinations in all programmes consist of at least two parts: defence of a bachelor’s thesis and taking exams defined by the curriculum (Karolinka; Czech only). A list of topics for bachelors’ theses is available in the SIS at the beginning of the academic year in the application Registration of Bachelor’s and Diploma Theses. Students usually choose the topics for their bachelor’s theses in the third year of study.
