The mission of the Inderkum High School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive system of support that will promote student connectedness to our school community through three domains: academic programming, college and career exploration and preparation, and a student's overall social-emotional well being. Counselors are assigned to work with students based on the student's last name. This allows us to monitor a student's progress towards graduation as well as a-g eligibility throughout all four years of their high school career in collaboration with families. Thank you for partnering with us.
Please scan the QR Code to the left or CLICK HERE to request any schedule changes for the 2026-2027 School Year. Counselors are now reviewing all schedule change requests, including Elective changes, using this form. The form will close at 4pm on Friday August 21st.
Electives change decisions will be communicated early the week of August 24th. For all other changes, Counselors will reach out by email throughout this week. Be sure to check you email daily for potential communication from your Counselor regarding your request(s).
Thank you for your patience during this time.
Counselors are available to meet with students before school, during lunch, or after school on a drop-in basis. However, we highly encourage students to send their Counselor an email to ensure they will be available since Counselors can already be scheduled to be in a meeting or in classroom presentations when students plan to stop by. By emailing the Counselor, we can also determine the best time for us to send a pass to meet if we need to meet during class time. Our priority is for students not to miss too much instructional time. The same applies for families that want to meet. By emailing or calling your student's Counselor first, we can ensure that we will be available during the time you want to stop by and be best prepared to answer your questions.
Please email your Counselor using the links above.
