We can ask God for help everyday to deliver us from evil.
Jesus taught His disciples how to pray in Matthew 6. You can pray like this.
In that prayer, He taught us to say:
"deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13).
So God is the One who delivers us from evil. There is no special method. Just simply ask Him for help and He will help you.
Jesus always told evil spirits to go (see Matthew 4:10).
If you believe and are not practicing any known sins, you can tell them to go and they will also leave.
"Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." (Ephesians 6:13-17)
This verse tells us that if we uphold and practice God's word, and exercise faith and righteousness, we can defeat any evil spirit.
Even though evil is in many places, Jesus gave His followers more power.
"You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world." (1 John 4:4)
So the Spirit of God in us is much greater than the devil or evil spirits in the world.
Moreover, Jesus said, "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you" (Luke 10:19).
And He said, "Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven" (Matthew 18:18).
So we have the Holy Spirit in us to protect us. We have authority from Jesus over the power of the enemy. And we have power on earth and in heaven over the spiritual world.
God has given us all we need and a lot of power to fight against the enemy. So we don't need to be afraid.
But we need to keep in mind that in order to not have the enemy accuse us of sin before God and use that against us, we should obey God and practice what He says in His word.
"Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity" (Ephesians 4:26-27).
