DescriptionThis course provides a practical approach to the design, development, facilitation, and improvement of learning units in an online format. Students will become conversant with terms associated with the assessment and evaluation of instructional practices delivered in online and distance education settings. This is an evaluation and feedback from an online platform.
Annotation: This artifact demonstrates my knowledge of the standard when it comes to the assessment of students' intentions and their success criteria when it comes to mastering the standard. the evaluation of online learning and feedback is important for instructions being formatted in an online environment. These instructions are aligned with state and national standards.

Description: This course is a study of human growth and development from birth through aging and death
Annotation: This artifact demonstrates and reflects the standard content knowledge and professional growth. We all should understand that we are born to die one day. Human development goes through a process in the life cycle from birth to death. knowing how the process works, should make us appreciate every day to the fullest and enjoy our time while we are living. The contents of this course explain my understanding when it comes to human development and the life cycle.
Challenges: there were no major challenges in creating this artifact. The artifact describes how human development occurs from birth to death.
Rationale: This course was interesting to learn about the stages of birth to death. This is a process as we become humans and learn to understand how our bodies develop through the life cycle.
Reflection:
When I first started this program, I had the mindset and determination that I was going to achieve knowledge and professional growth in this program. When it comes to knowledge and professional growth, are learning new material and building it on previous learning. This will broaden your knowledge of any subject matter content that you are focused on. For example, these two courses Life Span Development and Implement Assessment online learning both have had an impact on my learning and professional growth in this course. Expanding my skills will allow me to handle more responsibilities in my current and future positions.
