Artifact Title: The Assessment
MEDT 7476: Assessing Learning in Technology- Enhance Instruction
Description: This Artifact will focus on the principles of assessments of students learning as they relate to instructional content. You will see how the data represent students learning in its contents. this was an assessment of students learning on a typical scale and to improve their stretch growth to close any gaps in the contents of learning.
Annotation: The purpose of the assessment will demonstrate my learning that is pertaining to the standard of this document and will show how evidence is presented. I didn't have any major challenges with this artifact. The artifact will serve as a formative approach when assessing students' prior knowledge and how it relates to the standard.

MEDT 8461: Diffusion of Innovations
Artifact Title: Flipped Classroom
Description: The Artifact will show research in a Flip Classroom and how it is designed to enhance students learning. This was a group project at Red Bud Middle School. These innovations were ways how to improve new learning strategies to enhance students' learning abilities in order to have a good outcome.
Annotation: The artifact will show and demonstrates how innovations can have an impact on the learning environment. This project was created as a group.
The challenges were to come up with research that would support the learning outcome. State standards were also included as the learning objectives. Once everything was solid and ready to be delivered, the learning intentions were a success for this project.
Rationale: the rationale for this artifact was to demonstrate how new innovations can be created for a classroom and how new means of learning can have major importance on the learning criteria.
Reflection: Completing both of these courses, and with an understanding of how to develop programs for learning in the classroom was a great learning experience for me. My colleagues and I conducted research on a flipped classroom which will introduce new ways with instructions on creating a strong environment for learning. These ideals will be used in the classroom and in my personal life. These artifact has demonstrated my learning and professional growth in relation to this standard, and innovating new ways in the class will have an impact on students learning, and the students will be able to meet and engage with the standards' objectives and success criteria.
