Overall, one of my favorite classes was MEDT 7486 Digital Photography in Instruction. I learned how to shoot from different angles with a camera. I have used a camera before, but not knowing how to take pictures for clarity was a bit challenging for me. I enjoyed shooting with the camera as you can see from my photos. This program has provided me with more in an administration position in terms of MEDT 7492: Leadership & Administration of Online Learning. This leads me in the direction of the Higher Education Administration doctoral program which I hope to start this Fall 2023. Another class that had a great influence on my learning was MEDT 8461: Diffusion of Innovation. This class teaches you about creating learning tools in the classroom. For example, this was a team project of creating a flipped classroom innovation to support learning in the classrooms that increase the learning abilities of each student. Overall, my courses in this program have prepared me with the knowledge to construct lessons, that are in alignment with the state standard and to implement an online learning platform that will deliver the instructions to students in order to have a good outcome. MEDT 7472 Introductions to Distance Learning was an interesting course because it teaches you about designing courses online to be delivered to the students. The instructions have to be aligned with the objectives of the learner's outcome and what the learners will be able to learn to master the material. MEDT: 7491 Impl Assess & Eval of Onln Lrn: This course had an impact on my learning as well. The course introduces you to online learning and evaluation. There was feedback given on my learning intention on how to manage an online class. All of these courses consisted of a syllabus that contained information about the entire course and due dates for assignments to be submitted to Dropbox. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in teaching courses in an online environment. I would like to thank all the professors who made this learning process possible which will be embedded into my future classes.
