During my internship, as a student medical assistant, I had physical contact with all patients pertaining to Dr. Gleason. My duties were to check all vital signs and document the medical records with my signature as noted.

·         Fayette Piedmont Hospital. 2/2006 200 hours Medical Coding internship. Hwy 54 W.  Fayetteville, Georgia. As a student, I had to analyze medical records and verify the accurate ICD code; reviewed the entire doctor’s reports, and made sure that all medical reports are present before coding the medical records.
