Artifact Title: Online Learning
Description: This course will develop policies regarding distance education and the responsibility of learning online with the administration for designing online courses. This video demonstrates my narrating the changes that had to be corrected by the reviewers who reviewed the online course I had created.
Annotation: The video here will demonstrate my ability to modify online content and make sure that the site is accessible to the users.
Challenges in creating this video demonstration on modifying the contents from the reviewers' review. The weather played a major factor in loading the contents pages in a timely manner. This was very time-consuming waiting on the pages to load up.
This demonstration showed my outstanding in creating online content for delivery to any audience who will be taking instructions in an online format.
Rationale: the rationale for this artifact demonstrates my ability to create online videos for instructions to my audiences. Delivering instructions in real-time is a major advantage in an online class.

MEDT 8465: Human Performance Improvement
Artifact Title: Closing the Gap
Description: This course is associated with human performance and developing ways to close the gaps. This was a group project and there were no major challenges in creating this project. The project is based on Hillgove High School Science Department. Data was collected and explained on some issues about the LMS and training at the school. See the report.
Annotation: The outcome of this project means a lot when it comes to evaluating online learning from an administrated leadership position. Both artifacts address the outcome and demonstrate my abilities to create and design online courses and understand what it means when closing the gaps in human performance in order to fulfill the learning intention.
The challenge that I faced when creating this artifact was difficult at some point. For example, creating the video was time-consuming because the pages were loading very slowly due to the weather at the time.
Rationale: When conducting a needs assessment, it is very important to understand an organization's structure. Developing training programs will enhance human performance by giving the employees the tools that are needed to be successful on the job, and closing gaps where improvements are needed. This is why the artifact is in a relationship with this course.
Reflection: While looking back over the courses of this degree, the program has had an impact on my learning as a student and an instructor and it has prepared me to integrate my learning into the classroom and online as well. The group project enhance my abilities in human performance and closing that gap where learning is needed to have a come out in the classroom and another learning environment.
