Charlie Health - Intensive Out Patient Program | 866-219-5070 | admissions@charliehealth.com

Charlie Health is an all-virtual intensive outpatient program (or IOP) that typically lasts about 9-12 weeks. It’s a combination of group and individual therapy, with group therapy being the bulk of our program. Group Therapy is about 9 hours each week, which looks like 3 fifty-minute sessions (with a 10 minute break in between) for 3 days a week via Zoom. Individual Therapy is typically one day a week, for one hour. We have plenty of days and times to choose from, but it is mandatory that the client chooses 3 days of group therapy to attend each week.

Our groups are very small, with our sweet spot being about 6-8 people and they are very curated – we will match the client with others with a similar background, similar presenting issues, life stages and/or interests so that the client can feel a sense of community and understanding in the client's groups. Each group session utilizes different evidence-based modalities of therapy, like DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), music therapy, art therapy, movement therapy, yoga, and more!
