Listings are voluntarily advertised on our site by owners and managers of rental apartments for low-income households whose annual income is below 80% of area median income.

The goal is simple: Help families transition into stable permanent housing or other shelter units within 90 days. We have two safe-parking sites: (a) South Everett and (b) Central Everett
