How did your part perform when testing it with the other adaptor?
My piece perform well with the other adaptor we printed in the beginning of class. I tested on the lego wall for the attaching against something because any time I attach the piece together it didn't stick but it stuck to the wall. Additionally I tested the top part of the brick and it broke when I trying to pull it out of the other adapter and I hot glue the pieces together which is why I don't have any picture of testing this part out.
What issues and challenges did you encounter? How did you get around those obstacles?
Other than the top part of my piece breaking and gluing it back together, another challenges I faced was trying to create a complete circle on the top plane of the long circle to extrude cut the slit in circle. We needed to use arc circle in Fusion 360 and I was stuck on this part until I ask Lena for help on this section and she directed me what to points to click in order to make a complete circle on the top of the circle plane to make a slit in it.
What changes would you make on a future iteration of your project?
The future changes I would make to this project is when it comes to the longer cylinder on the brick I would make it shorter for testing purpose because mines snap when I was trying to get it out of the other adaptor. Additionally, maybe print out another block to create a silly toy with the 3 brick pieces.
