In our chemistry unit, we learned about how different molecules, atoms and the mass of said particles affects the way they interact with each other in different circumstances. For our exhibition, each group focused on a specific chemical reaction, each with their own specific atoms and elements to demonstrate. my group did an experiment with magnesium and dry ice that was amazingand very fun.

In our rocket science unit, we learned about how Newton's three laws of motion affect us every day in so many different ways, specifically in space and with rockets. We used the scientific design process to refine and edit our rocket designs so that for our exhibition, we could launch our improved designs of specific bottle rockets in a competition. Our last rocket design got us second place in the competition.

In our electromagnetic waves unit, we learned about the different kinds of electromagnetic waves, such as sound and light waves, and how their levels of energy and frequency, amplitude, and size could affect what type of wave humans percieve it as. For our exhibition, we created escape rooms that were meant to teach the audience about electromagnetic waves and the electromagnetic spectrum while trying to escape.
