Back to Work Program

Employees that have to be out of work when they get hurt have some struggles when going back to work after being off for some time. When we receive the call and have an opening we work with employees that look for the routine and cognitive skills to get back on track to allow for a quicker return to work. The admin skills the employee learns can help them to get their head back into the game of returning to work while also developing administrative skills they will be able to take back to their jobs with them.

Please include the name of the Employee, the disability checklist and limitations, the expected start date, the estimated end date, the timecard to be used, other requirements, the contact information who will be responsible this assignment.

Our office functions a bit different then others:

On Monday & Tuesday (6:30am - 12:30pm) we are at our 8180 Greiner Road, Williamsville location and Wednesday & Thursday (7-3pm)we are at our 140 Genesee Street, Lockport location. We do NOT have Friday availability based on home visits with clients, pickups and more. (28 hours per week available)

If an employee has the ability to help with cleaning they could add 2 hours per day on Monday and Tuesday (32 hours per week available with cleaning ability)
