I learned a lot. I grew a lot. I healed a lot. I learned a lot about case management in a non profit setting. I worked with colleagues and clients who have different cultural experiences and beliefs than I do, and I feel I am more culturally competent because of this opportunity. I have so much room to keep on growing and I have the confidence now to believe I can do this. The team and supervisors really supported me and treated me with respect, kindness, and full support.
