Save the Family

      REAL STORIES OF HELP

The Save the Family (STF) program works with families that suffer from the traumas that come with disease or disability or other life consequences. We work with First Responders (in designated area)    with coaching through trauma. With each family trauma can vary and the things that overwhelm a family can be very different.  So our help come in many different ways.

One example of why people come for help is medical bills. Due to the rising costs of health care, the precarious state of the economy, and cut backs across various government agencies, many families find themselves overwhelmed. Getting assistance means navigating a bewildering array of private, non-profit, and government agencies, all in while of dealing with emotional hardship. It is all too easy for vulnerable families to fall through the cracks of the system. We do not pay the bills but we can work to negotiate the medical bills, try for grants to help  pay the bills and more.

But

This program does not stop there.  We work with families in various areas not limited to: one on one coaching, end of life planning, medical support, research, referrals, case management, and working as a team on stabilization crisis management.

The Morlock Foundation (TMF) works hard to make a difference, however,

we can never guarantee the outcome.

Based on the number of intakes and on going cases we have open an average 85 open cases per month.  Every client comes with different needs and we work with each clients as long as they have a need.  Cases that are open and then closed may be reopened if appropriate.

The program works with families that suffer from the traumas of life like disease, disability, domestic violence and more.

Questions & Answers

Can you call for someone else?

Absolutely.  You can call to start the process however, then we must talk with the family that is in need.

What approach does the Morlock Foundation take to provide support?

Each case is different. The basic process is that first we assess the situation and take a look down every avenue. If there is a need for equipment, we will work to get it donated. If there is a need for prescriptions, we will work with you to fill out a grant to help pay the expense. If you need help with medical bills paid, we work with hospitals and insurance providers to find out if we can request a deduction or a grant to cover there.

We do not provide straight cash but rather work to find a sustainable way to work out the clients needs for an overall improvement of life.

Is there any guarantee for aid?

There is no guarantee that The Morlock Foundation(TMF) can help everyone with their needs but we are 100% dedicated to trying.
