Element 1

Provide the requirements for admission for the proposed program. E.g. recruitment materials, website, handbook, etc.

The MCS Human Resources Department investigates the credentials of potential new hires through the Commission website to learn if they have the correct credential. Once the correct preliminary credential is verified, HR notifies the Induction Program of a new hire who qualifies for induction.

The requirements for admission expressed in recruitment material are:

  • Possess a valid Preliminary Administrative Services Credential

  • Employed full-time in an administrative role
