For Parents: Problems with DMA account.

Student Accounts

Students are provided with the following three accounts:

  1. Managed Apple IDs : Enables 200 GB of iCloud storage and access to Apple Classroom.

  2. Student ICON account : Google account issued by MOE to all students. Gives students access
    to Google Suite, including Gmail.

  3. SLS account : MOE's online learning platform for students.

Resetting your child's password

For any problems with any of your child's password, your child may approach the School's ICT Executive or Desktop Engineers at the library for assistance.

For SLS passwords, they may contact their subject teachers for assistance in resetting their password.

Alternatively, they can also send a request via http://go.gov.sg/ctsspasswordreset. Please note that this will not be immediate as it is not an automated system. The request may take up to 1 day before it is fulfilled.

Problems with Apple ID or locksreen password

Your child may approach the School's ICT Executive or Desktop Engineers at the library for assistance. Please note that in worst case scenarios, the iPad might have to be totally reset.
