Global Play Day
Global School Play Day was celebrated at RES on Friday, February 6th! This beloved tradition has been part of the RES community for many years and continues to be a joyful, community-building experience. Play is essential to everyone’s mental and physical well-being—children and adults alike—and supports learning in countless academic ways. Global School Play Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and reflect on these benefits. Classrooms across RES enjoyed a day filled with games, laughter, and meaningful connections.
What's New
Let the Games Begin! Olympic Fun in K–2 Enrichment
During Enrichment, students in grades K–2 paused their regular programming to learn more about the Olympics. As part of the experience, they played Olympic Event Charades, taking turns acting out different winter sports while classmates guessed which event was being shown. The activity encouraged creativity, movement, and lots of laughter as students learned together.
