YouTube Studio and Screencastify

Step 1

• Open the Chrome browser

• Go to https://studio.youtube.com

• Click the "Create" button near the top right corner

• Select "Go live" in the dropdown menu

Step 2

• Click on "Webcam" in the left sidebar

• Click on "Allow" to allow YouTube to access your camera and microphone

Step 3

• Add a title for the live stream to the "Create a Title" text field

• Select "Yes, it's made for kids"

  • This option turns off comments and chat for the live stream

• Click on "More Options" and verify that the correct webcam and microphone are selected

• Click the "Next" button in lower right corner
