Quiet and Safe Space:
Sessions should be conducted in a quiet location to minimize distractions and ensure the child can focus.
Ensure the chosen space is safe and free from potential hazards.
No Multi-Tasking:
The child should not be engaged in other activities during the session (e.g., driving, cooking, etc.)
Electronic Devices:
Other electronic devices, such as TVs, radios, or other gadgets, should be turned off or muted.
Mobile phones (other than the one used for the session) should be placed on silent mode.
Ready on Time:
Ensure the child is prepared and ready to start at the scheduled session time.
Necessary Materials:
The child should have any required materials (e.g., worksheets, pen, notebook) ready before the session begins.
No Driving:
The child must never participate in a session while driving or seated inside a moving vehicle.
Emergency Situations:
If an emergency arises during the session (e.g., fire alarm, medical emergency), the session should be immediately paused or terminated.
The Care Coordination team should be informed of any emergencies and re-schedule the session if necessary.
Feedback:
